Collective component of variable pay |

| The EVA based Performance linked bonus is tied directly to the company’s business performance. There are no caps and no floors to this payout. This is based on multi - year targets de-linked from annual budgets which translate into more productive budgeting. There is also a bonus bank which helps minimize the impact of business cycles. |
