Ajay Bhatt

Ajay Bhatt is Group Head – Corporate Services at Godrej Industries Group and has been with the organisation since 2012. In his role, he leads enterprise corporate services across the Group, including real estate, facilities, workplace experience, employee health and wellness, and corporate mobility, focusing on building high-quality service ecosystems that enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.

With over 25 years of experience, Ajay has led large-scale corporate services and infrastructure functions across complex organisations. Prior to joining Godrej, he spent several years at Reliance Industries, where he played a key role in establishing and scaling corporate services across real estate, infrastructure, and workplace operations, supporting large employee populations and business operations.

Ajay is known for building and institutionalising service functions, driving operational excellence, and managing complex infrastructure ecosystems. He brings a strong focus on integrating strategy with execution and developing scalable systems that support evolving business needs.

He enjoys an active and exploratory lifestyle, including river rafting, long bike rides, and road trips. He also enjoys exploring iconic and historic restaurants across cities with his family.
