Pakzan Dastoor

Pakzan Dastoor is Group Head – Good & Green, where she leads the Group’s sustainability and CSR vision with a focus on building a better world for every generation. Since joining in 2024, she has been driving strategic initiatives and partnerships that bring together diverse stakeholders to design business aligned, high-impact, future-focused programmes.

With over 15 years of experience across India’s social impact and venture capital ecosystem, Pakzan brings a uniquely cross-sectoral perspective, shaped by her work at Omidyar Network India, Dasra, and the Akanksha Foundation. Her journey across grassroots organisations, intermediaries, and impact investing has given her a deep understanding of the Indian development landscape and the pathways required to unlock meaningful change. She is particularly driven by the opportunity to enable sustainable life outcomes for India’s most marginalised communities through thought leadership, catalytic capital, and collaborative platforms.

Pakzan holds an MBA from the S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research, and a BMS from the University of Mumbai. She is also a Salzburg Global Fellow.

Outside of work, Pakzan is a sky and deep-sea diver, enjoys true crime and documentaries, and dabbles in wheel pottery.
