Satyavrat Mishra is Head – Corporate IT and Group Chief Information Security Officer at Godrej Industries Group and has been with the organisation since 2017. In his role, he leads the Group’s technology and cybersecurity agenda, building a secure, resilient, and scalable digital backbone across businesses, while strengthening enterprise-wide cyber risk governance and data protection.

Since joining Godrej Industries, he has built and scaled Corporate IT as a group-wide shared services function and centre of excellence, improving service quality, driving cost efficiencies, and strengthening in-house capabilities. He has led key digital transformation initiatives, including the migration to cloud-based data and analytics platforms and the deployment of enterprise-wide IT systems, while establishing the Group’s cybersecurity strategy, governance framework, and security operations capabilities.

Prior to joining Godrej, he held senior technology leadership roles at Aditya Birla Fashion and Retail, Bharti AXA Life Insurance, and Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance. He is a recognised thought leader in digital transformation and cyber risk governance, and a frequent speaker at industry forums.

He holds an MBA in Finance and has completed the Chief Technology Officer Programme from IIM Lucknow and the Chief Digital Officer Programme from ISB Hyderabad.
